Festival of Farmland Biodiversity Events

Throughout the month, we will be celebrating the value of the native species-rich hedgerows network that crisscross the Irish landscape.

The National Biodiversity Data Centre is hosting a month-long (virtual) Festival of Farmland Biodiversity for May 2024. This year the Festival of Farmland Biodiversity will celebrate our wonderful native species-rich hedgerows.

 

 

Farm Hedgerow Walk

 

A wonderful opportunity to join a farm hedgerow walk, led by Alan and Cheryl Poole, near Gorey, Co Wexford.
