
The Global Biodiversity Information Facility (GBIF) has issued a call for proposals for its Young Researchers Award 2015. The award is intended to foster innovative research and discovery in biodiversity informatics by graduate students who are deploying GBIF-enabled data in master’s and doctoral studies. Students in Irish institutions are eligible to apply as Ireland is one of the GBIF Participant countries.
Proposals for this award should be submitted to Dr. Liam Lysaght, Ireland’s Head of Delegation to GBIF, by Friday 27th February, 2015. Download the Call for Proposal 2015 document for full details of how to apply.
